PSU/OSU ticket raffle winner

Congratulations to Todd Tracy, winner of the PSU/OSU ticket raffle, drawn on Thursday, November 7 prior to our business meeting.

Thanks to all who participated and special thanks to Mike Myers who helped coordinate this raffle (and top ticket seller).  Proceeds of $1312 each ($2624 total) were donated to the Our Lady of Lourdes’ building fund and St. Ladislas/Corpus Christi parishes in Columbus.

WE ARE … selling raffle tickets for a pair of tickets to the Penn State at OSU game

Worthy Brother Knights,
This is the last week for sales and return of the PSU/OSU raffle tickets.
The drawing will be held before the business meeting on Thursday, November 7 at 7 pm.
According to the rules for the raffle:  All ticket stubs returned must include full payment no later than 3 PM on November 7, 2019. Valid ticket stubs must include name, and either full 10 digit phone number or e-mail address.
Do not bring any tickets to the business meeting—it will be too late!
If you need to arrange a pickup of tickets, please let me know.
Thanks and God bless,

Football Frenzy and PSU at OSU football tickets raffle

Hello All,

Final turn-in for the Football Frenzy tickets is this week.

All tickets need to be received by the State Committee before October 27; therefore, Marysville Council 5534 needs to send these in first thing, Thursday, October 24; i.e., all tickets need to be in my hands by Wednesday evening.

As the envelope says,“ Mail before October 21” – that is TODAY

For the PSU at OSU raffle tickets — sure send them in now, ALSO!  As stated in the rules for this raffle, all valid tickets need to be received by November 7 at 3 pm.

Thanks and God bless,

Kenneth A Yunker

Adopt-A-Highway Litter Pick-Up

The next litter pick-up is scheduled for Saturday, October 5th.  Please contact Marty Logsdon ( or at  937-243-3184) if you can help.  Alternatively, you can sign up online using the Sign-Up Genius link below (even if you are far from being a genius).!/showSignUp/8050A49A4AE23A6F94-adoptahighway

We will meet at Falvey Hall between 8:30 and 8:45 am then proceed to US 33 between mile markers 15 and 17 in Union County to actually start the litter pick-up at ~9 am.  Alternatively, you can meet us at the rest area – but please inform Marty if you plan to meet us there.
The more of us who can help, the quicker the job gets done!  ✅ ✅ ✅  We hope to have least 14 brother knights and adult family members to help – even better if we can get 18 or more!!!
Thank you for your kind attention to this message.
Yours in Christ!
